We're all building on top of something that changes under us every week, and nobody has a plan for that

I've been using Claude (Pro, now Max) for about 7 months, primarily for building and shipping small tools and automations for clients. I'm not complaining about Claude itself here , this is about a pattern I'm noticing across the entire AI tooling ecosystem
