What is the usage credits even for? Anthropic billed my credit card and ignores my usage credits

Like the title said. I got some usage credits because I need to use Claude code for something. Right after I was done I got another email saying they billed my credit cards and the usage credits remained unused. Anthropic stole my money. [link]
