Non functional Payment

I can't pay, somehow. Tried with 2 browsers. Doesn't even let me see the payment form on vivaldi. It shows it with Edge, but the payment doesn't want to actually conclude. Is it down for other people as well? Is that a thing? I was able to pay several times
