Paying for Pro but Claude thinks I'm on Free so can use paid for Fable credits

I signed up for Pro so I could buy some credits to try out Fable 5. Everything worked fine at first, but then Claude stopped me from using my remaining Fable credits, always popping up a dialog requesting I buy more despite me only using 56% of my purchased
