Rating Claude's reponses: Bad, Fine, Good. Who came up with those three?

Occasionally, my assistant, Claudette Anthropic, deserves a high rating for a response. Unfortunately, only Fine and Good are offered, and those seem reversed. My suggestion is for a rubric of five: BAD / BELOW AVERAGE / AVERAGE/ ABOVE AVERAGE / EXCELLENT.
