What are the downsides of importing my 3+ yrs. of GPT history into Claude? Claude Max 5x has quickly become my primary go-to.

EDITED: Two questions: (1) What are the actual downsides of importing ChatGPT history into Claude? (2) Should I delete no-longer-relevant data before exporting, or does that cause problems? I've been on Claude Max 5x for ~4 months and now use it more than GPT
