What is going on with Claude? I sent it a long message and set it to max reasoning. Twice now it reasoned for like eight minutes and then basically just said “let me think about that” and automatically pinned the chat

I was reflecting on gender identity which I know is considered a “sensitive topic,” but I don’t think that’s the problem, because I’ve talked to about it about this a million times before and it’s never had an issue. I don’t know if this is a bug or if it’s
