Does the auto-reload toggle stay off for anyone? Mine re-enables itself daily

I've disabled auto-reload 3 or 4 times and it keeps re-enabling itself. So when I hit the daily limit it just buys more credits and I get charged without realizing. Every time I go back and check the setting, it's on again. On Opus 5 High. Anyone else running
