If you cancel Pro does Anthropic keep your API credit?

I cancelled my subscription earlier this week. I have a small amount of credit on my account ($18) which I was saving for a long running task if I got limited. Today the cancellation went through and I now see i'm on 'free' but the billing screen no longer
