Opus 4.8 vs Opus 5

Hey there, I recently read a post here about Opus 5 not being that great and people still using opus 4.8, isn’t this a myth or is it genuine? I’m a beginner here please pardon my ignorance but I’ve seen this loop repeat before, when opus 4.8 came out I’m 100%
