Heavy Claude Code harnesses are starting to feel like process cosplay

I’m starting to think heavy Claude Code harnesses are past their peak. They made sense when the models were weak. You needed a big process wrapped around the model: plan first, split into agents, review everything, run test phases, all of that. But with newer
