I built a self-hosted AI assistant with Claude over 2 months. here's what that actually looks like

I'm a solo founder. I was paying for Claude, Grok, Gemini at the same time and switching between them manually depending on the task. Every session started from zero. None of them knew anything about me or what I was building. I'm on the Max20 plan, using
