What tool to fetch 3000 sites and look for junior full stack jobs?

So I have a list of 3000 companies. I want to use a tool that I can run on my pc. Each time, finds the site, goes to careers, checks if there is an open junior full stack job, and if so, add it to a list, and at the end provide the details about the job with
