Anthropic thinks I’m a “child”

I just got this email from Anthropic FOR NO REASON. Claude knows I’m 20 years old. I PAY FOR PRO USING MY OWN BANK ACCOUNT. No service has ever done this to me… are you serious Anthropic? If they don’t return my account within 12 hours I’m cancelling and
