"Upgrading" from Pro to Teams

According to Anthropic's chat robot, I cannot upgrade from a Pro subscription to a Teams subscription. Instead, I need to purchase a separate subscription altogether (Teams) and then cancel the Pro subscription. Anthropic is unable to tell me whether they
